since 1st July 2021, Koh Phuket welcome tourist with Phuket Sandbox Project that mean you can going to phuket in during Covid-19 pandemic. You don't have to be quarantined for 14 days in a room, but stay in Phuket for 14 days, after that you will be able to travel outside of Phuket. What is Phuket Sandbox?
Phuket Sandbox is pilot project for getting tourists into the contry without state quarantine. Of course, there are not 100% without quarantine but there are a few preventive measure that you have to do follow.After that, you can travel anywhere in Thailand. Thai government may increases more any sandbox project such Samui sandbox, Krabi sandbox that is favorite destination. Let's have fun.
Who can travel to Phuket from abroad?
1. Traveling from designated countries where residing in the country at least 21 days before travel to phuket.

2. Must Obtained a Certificate of Entry to Thailand (COE). You can regist for COE at here. Be careful don't books a filght and SHA+ accommodation before you got COE approved.
3. Fully Vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccine at least 14 day before departure. (Children under 6 yeras old, they can travel without receiving the Covid-19 vaccine). Maybe 1 dose for J&J and 2 doses for Moderna or others.

4. Negative Covid-19 certificate tested No longer than 72 hours before departure.

5. An Isurance policy that covers health care and medical treament for Covid-19 at least $100,000 USD. If you have on idea to get the insurance, I will recommend you with AXA insurance here.
6. Must be tested for Covid-19 by RT-PCR method in following periods
1st time on the date of arrival in Phuket (Wait to receive the results of the examination in the room at SHA Plus accommodation)
2nd time on day 6th-7th
3rd on day 12th-13th
You can change SHA+ hotel after frist tested, but you have to concact the hotel for negotiates payments for testing first.
7. Stay 14-nights at a SHA plus hotel to be able to travel to other provinces in Thailand afferwards.
8. Install Thailand Plus and Morchana Applications. That is available on IOS and Andriod.
9. Traveling to other provines from Phuket after 14 days must have evidence confirming testing for COVID-19 that shows negative result to Covid-19 throughout the period.

Qatar Airways - Dubai-Phuket route
Israeli Airlines - EL AL Telangviv-Phuket route
Singapore Airlines - Singapore-Phuket route
Then on July 3, Thai Airways flights from 3 destinations in Europe will fly directly to Phuket as follows:

Frankfurt-Phuket route
Paris-Phuket route

Zurich-Phuket route (Departs from origin on 3 July)
Estimated total flight approximate 426 flights, averaging about 13 flights/day in July.
