The natural attraction of Krabi province that has been called the ultimate Unseen Thailand.
It is famous all over the world due to the wonders of nature. When the tide is low, the sandy beaches converge at this point, resulting in a phenomenon known as “Talay Waek”. It reveals a part of the white sand dunes extending in a long line connecting the 3 islands which are Koh Kai, Koh Mor and Koh Thap. And this sandbar will gradually sink under the water at the high tide of each day.
Thale waek is located in the deep sea of Andaman. In the past, tourists could rent a boat to go fishing, pitch a tent, look at the stars on the waning night or watch the moonlight on the full moon, but now it's not allowed to stay overnight on the island. Thale Waek is considered the highlight of Krabi's marine attractions ever. Those who come to Krabi must visit Thale Waek once.
Koh Thap is a small island with sandy beaches only on the southern side during low tide.
This southern sandy beach connects to the sandbar of Koh Poda Nok (Chicken Island), forming a 200-meter long natural bridge. Even though it is a small sandy beach, the sand is very fine and white, the water is crystal clear.

Koh Moh is left and Koh Thap is right |
Koh Mor is a rocky outcrop with no beaches to go up on the island with crystal clear water. Koh Mor is only 70 meters from Koh Thap. If the tide is low, there will be sand dunes connected. Able to walk from one island to another

Koh Kai or Koh Poda Nok |
Koh Kai, or Koh Poda Nok, or Koh Dam Kwan, a strangely shaped island, which became the source of various island names due to the ridge protruding to the south, giving the viewer different imaginations. Some see an island similar to the head of a chicken, some see it as an ax handle, but foreigners see it as Popeye, a famous cartoon character in the past. You can go snorkeling to see the shallow or hard corals at Kai Island, but the abundance of coral reefs is not comparable to other tourist destinations far from the mainland.
