History of Wat Phra That Khao Noi
Phra That Khao Noi was built during the reign of Chao Pu Kaeng, the ruler of Nan in the 20th Buddhist century. Phra That Phra That is a chedi made of bricks and mortar and is a mixture of Burmese and Lanna arts. Until there was a major renovation during the reign of King Suriyaphong Pharitdet in the year 1906-1911 by Burmese craftsmen.
