Wang Kan Lueang Waterfall is a spectacular beauty near Bangkok located in Chai Badan District, Lop Buri. It is a medium-sized waterfall, but the beauty of the waterfall is as charming as a large waterfall and it is also the only waterfall in Lop Buri.
The uniqueness of this waterfall is that it originates from many very large underground springs, unlike other waterfalls that arise from high mountain water sources.
These springs meander for a distance of about 1 kilometer and converge around the limestone ridge to form a waterfall spreading about 20 meters wide. And flows along the slopes colliding with the rocks in layers, counting 10 layers before flowing to converge with the Pa Sak River
|With its origin from natural spring water sources, Wang Kan Lueang Waterfall has water all year round. And the special thing is that there is clear water and at some point there is a clear blue-green color like emerald, very pleasant to play.
There is also a large tree that covers the surrounding area, creating a shady atmosphere suitable for picnicking and relaxing.
The highlight point of Wang Kan Lueang Waterfall is also the corner of the suspension bridge that leans over the waterfall. When you're on the bridge looking down, you'll see a beautiful waterfall that you can take beautiful photos to remember as well. It is the longest suspension bridge in Lopburi province as it is 66 meters long.
This suspension bridge is used as a walkway across the waterfall between Chai Badan District and Tha Luang District.
